Data-Backed Energy Analysis You Can Act On

We help energy professionals and decision makers find real savings — backed by hour-by-hour simulation, not estimates.

Backed by 20+ Years of Energy Expertise

Renewable Energy Reports is a division of CIC USA (Communication Infrastructure Corporation) — an energy solutions company headquartered in Ventura, California with over two decades of experience in energy storage, renewable systems, and microgrid deployment.

CIC USA has delivered energy storage and consulting solutions across industrial, commercial, municipal, government, healthcare, and agricultural sectors. Their field expertise in supercapacitor technology, solar integration, fuel cells, and waste-to-energy systems directly informs the analysis methodology behind EnergyGuard Pro — our purpose-built simulation engine.

When you work with Renewable Energy Reports, you get the analytical precision of EnergyGuard Pro backed by a parent company that has designed, deployed, and optimized real energy systems in the field.

Our Story

Energy cost analysis has long been fragmented — scattered across spreadsheets, vendor estimates, and rules of thumb. Engineers spent more time assembling data than finding answers, and decision makers struggled to get clear, unbiased projections before committing capital.

Renewable Energy Reports was founded to change that. We built EnergyGuard Pro — a simulation engine that models energy systems hour by hour against real load data, real rate structures, and real equipment specs — delivering precise, actionable cost analysis for solar, storage, generators, and grid optimization.

Every report we deliver is engineered from the same principle: test every strategy against your actual data, and show you exactly where the savings are. No vendor bias, no guesswork — just the numbers.

What We Stand For

Accuracy Over Assumptions

We model real conditions — real load data, real rate structures, real equipment specs. Guesswork has no place in energy investment decisions.

Independent Analysis

We don't sell equipment or install systems. Our only product is the truth about your energy costs — so our recommendations are always unbiased.

Practical Innovation

Every analysis method exists because an energy engineer needed it in the field. We don't model for demos — we model for real projects with real stakes.

Frequently Asked Questions

EnergyGuard Pro is the simulation engine built by Renewable Energy Reports. It models your energy system hour by hour — testing solar, storage, generator, and rate plan strategies against your actual load data — and powers the detailed reports we deliver showing exactly where you can reduce costs.

Our reports serve two audiences: energy engineers who need independent simulation data to validate system designs, and decision makers who need clear cost projections and ROI timelines before committing capital. We work with commercial facilities, industrial sites, remote installations, and utility-scale projects.

We analyze behind-the-meter grid-connected facilities, fully off-grid installations, and hybrid systems. This includes commercial buildings, industrial plants, remote sites, agricultural operations, and multi-building campuses. If it uses electricity, we can model it.

At minimum, we need interval load data (hourly or sub-hourly consumption in CSV format), your site location, and your current rate plan. Additional helpful inputs include equipment preferences, site constraints, solar irradiance data, and project goals. We'll guide you through exactly what's needed during the scoping call.

Most reports are delivered within 1–2 weeks after we receive your data. Complex multi-site or multi-scenario analyses may take longer. We'll provide a specific timeline during the scoping call.

Most utilities can provide interval data upon request — we can help you identify the right department to contact. If interval data is truly unavailable, we can work with monthly billing data and load profiles to build a representative model, though hourly data produces more precise results.

Every report includes hour-by-hour simulation results showing power sourced from each system (grid, solar, generator, storage), cost breakdowns per source, optimal equipment sizing, dispatch strategy recommendations, and projected savings with ROI timelines. The Full Analysis Package adds billing cycle breakdowns, scenario comparisons, and an executive summary. See full report details.

Reports are delivered as detailed spreadsheet workbooks with supporting documentation. The workbook format allows you to explore the data, build your own charts, and integrate findings into your own analysis or presentations.

Yes. Request a sample report and we'll send you an anonymized example showing real cost-reduction findings so you can evaluate the depth and quality of our analysis before engaging.

Pricing scales based on system size, number of scenarios, and analysis complexity. We provide a custom quote after the scoping call so you know the exact cost before committing. Get a custom quote.

We take on a limited number of projects each quarter so every analysis gets the depth and attention it deserves. Send us your load data and current rate plan, and we'll deliver a detailed comparison showing which tariff structure saves you the most. Slots fill up quickly. Reserve yours.

Our core offering is project-based analysis. However, we can discuss ongoing engagement options for clients who need periodic re-analysis as load patterns change, rate plans update, or new equipment becomes available. Contact us to discuss.
